YHD recognizes the manufacturer's warranty as is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and any other representations or obligations, including liability for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation of warranty and liability supersedes all prior representations or warranties of any kind. Warranty products must be returned in original package/box in order to meet the warranty requirement.
Upon delivery of your order and packing slip, please inspect to see if there are any inconsistencies or damage in your order. Contact YHD Customer Service personnel to file a claim if there are any issues. We will require images, invoice number, and other relevant details in writing of the problem. All visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt/waybill at time of delivery, and the claim must be reported with Customer Service personnel immediately upon receiving the delivery. Please remember that we will not be able to file any warranty claim if the product has been used and has resultant damage.
If YHD has made an error on the order/invoice, the customer is required to notify YHD Customer Service personnel within 10 days so the error can be addressed. If the error is related to the product, YHD will make the arrangements to have the product picked up by either YHD personnel or local courier.
If a return is due to circumstances beyond YHD’s control (i.e., customer ordered the wrong item or quantity), this return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact YHD Customer Service personnel for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) and then contact Purolator, UPS, FedEx, or a common carrier to arrange for the return product to be shipped to YHD warehouse. If YHD is arranging for pick up for return products, freight charges will apply. All products returned must be in original packaging and shipped to avoid any damage by transport.
YHD will accept returns of any resalable products purchased from us within 30 days of purchase as long as they are accompanied by a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA). Before the credit is issued to the customer, an inspection of the returned products will be made, and the following conditions must apply for acceptance:
- The product(s) not be damaged
- The product(s) in its original packaging
- The product(s) not have price stickers attached
- The product(s) not have any prices or codes handwritten on them
- The product(s) packaging must not be damaged
- The product(s) included with Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) form
